What is our Messaging Service
The LiveChannel Platform offers a Messaging Service that enables us to send you text messages related to our provision of services to you along with some promotion and marketing messaging that we think you may find helpful.
How you can Opt In
You can sign up for the Messaging Service via the LiveChannel Platform. After you sign up, you will receive a text message confirming your subscription. You will need to confirm your subscription by replying YES to this message.
Your consent to receive text messaging from us, including marketing messages, is not a condition of purchase.
How and how often we will send you messages
By signing up for the Messaging Service you agree to receive text messages from us, including recurring automated messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number(s) associated with your account or otherwise provided by you.
Text frequency varies, and additional texts may be sent periodically based on your interaction with LiveChannel. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of texts sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of texts sent to you. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender from where these texts are sent.
Your usual message and data rates may apply to these texts. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you can Opt Out
If you no longer want to receive text messages from our Messaging Service, you may reply STOP to any text message or follow the unsubscribe instructions through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we may send you a confirmation of your opt out via text message.
If you need help to opt out, you can email us with questions at [email protected] or, if supported by us, text HELP to 206 406 9895 and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe.
If you would like to sign back up for the Messaging Service, you can sign up as described in the “How to Opt-In” section above.
Tell us if you transfer your mobile number
You agree that before you change your mobile number or transfer it to another individual, you will either reply STOP from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected].

Additional terms applicable to your use of the Messaging Service
By signing up for our Messaging Service, you agree that:
- The agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that these communications be in writing.
- Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy along with these LiveChannel Platform Messaging Service Terms and Conditions will together apply to your use of the Messaging Service.
- We may change these LiveChannel Platform Messaging Service Terms and Conditions from time to time and these changes will be effective upon posting. If you do not agree to a change then you should opt out of using our Messaging Service. If you do not opt out then you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated terms.
