LiveChannel CX Connector App Overview and Pricing

Costco Next (CX) is a “Member value” program by Costco Wholesale, one of the world’s largest retailers (www.Costco.com), and LiveChannel (www.LiveChannel.com) to allow select suppliers to sell directly to nearly 100M Costco members on a Costco members-only Shopify storefront that is owned and operated by the Costco Next supplier. The Costco Next (CX) Supplier is the merchant of record, accepts payment from Costco members and services all orders. Participating as a CX Supplier requires a written contract negotiated directly with the Costco Next Merchandising team. CX Suppliers pay Costco a commission on all net sales made on their Costco Next Shopify storefront.  Goodwell Technologies, Inc. has developed the LiveChannel Platform to connect multiple channels within Costco, including Costco Next (www.CostcoNext.com), warehouse displays and product packaging.

The LiveChannel CX Connector App is free to install. CX Suppliers pay Costco a negotiated monthly commission on all net sales from Costco members as described in their Costco Next Addendum signed with Costco.  For more details on CX commission processes and policies, contact [email protected].
